DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SUBLIMEGIFTING only accepts orders to be shipped to Italy, Europe and to some other Countries, namely Canada and The United States of America. Please, see below the full list of countries:

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping cost are at consignee’s expenses and vary according to the Country of delivery; please refer to the following RATE price list.

According to the Country of delivery in the following rate price list we indicate two different columns and consequent amounts of Order: in the first case the shipping cost is totally at consignee’s expenses, in the second case the shipping cost can have a special rate or to be totally free of charge.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

SUBLIMEGIFTING accept payment of the products ordered by the major Credit Cards and through PayPal.

Any reimbursement to the Customer, if due, will be credited by reversing the payment on the Credit Card used at the time of purchase or the support account of the PayPal service.

The method of payment chosen may affect the time of assignment of the Order to the Courier, as described in the paragraph 'Time of assignment to the Courier' and, consequently, the delivery time of the Order to the Customer.

ORDER FULFILMENT

SUBLIMEGIFTING, confirms acceptance of the Order with an automatic recapitulatory e-mail to the email address given by the Customer.

It is necessary to provide a direct phone number to be easily contacted in case of need. It is not possible to ship to PO Boxes.

SUBLIMEGIFTING accurately fulfils the Order, takes care of the customization and of the final packaging, then entrusts the shipment of the goods to the Courier. 

For the production lead time and subsequent pick-up of goods by the Courier please refer to the section Goods production lead time and Courier pick-up; this time can vary from a minimum of 24 hours to a maximum of 72 hours.

Deliveries are carried out in business days, from Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 18:00; they cannot be carried out during weekends and public holidays.

All Orders made on sublimegifting.com are entrusted to selected Couriers performing express delivery service.

The Courier door to door delivery service times are detailed in the sectionDoor to door delivery conditions and times’; nevertheless those times must be considered approximate since they can vary as a result of force majeure events, of traffic or road conditions, of strikes or because of Authorities provisions.

When the parcel is delivered, in the presence of the Courier, we kindly ask you to check that the box does not present evident signs of damage or alteration in the outer packaging.

Any exterior damage or any missing item must be notified immediately to the Courier and must be written on the Consignment Note.
If it is impossible for you to verify the integrity of the product upon delivery, we kindly ask you to sign the Consignment Note with a note saying “conditional acceptance subject to verification”.

All our parcels have an identification label with the Consignee details and are accurately sealed with logoed adhesive tape.

GOODS PRODUCTION LEAD TIME AND COURIER PICK-UP

Upon receipt of the Order payment, we entrust the shipment to the Courier; this lapse of time can vary from a minimum of 24 to a maximum of 72 hours, during which SUBLIMEGIFTING accurately fulfils the Order, takes care of the customization and of the final packaging.

The final entrusting of the shipment to the Courier also varies depending on the method of payment chosen by the Customer:

Payment by PayPal and Credit Card

Orders placed by 24:00 on working days are picked-up by Couriers within the following 72 hours. This means, for instance, that if an order is placed and confirmed within Monday it’s shipment can be entrusted to the Courier within Thursday; from the Courier pick-up day Customer must add the estimate time of delivery to receive the parcel.

 

COURIER ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY

SUBLIMEGIFTING entrusts its shipment to some of the best Italian and International Couriers: i.e., GLS, DHL, BRT, UPS.

The choice of the Courier is done automatically by our operating system taking into account the best solutions in terms of quickness and reliability of the service.

After the pick-up of the parcel/s by the Courier, the estimated time of delivery is 24/48 hours in Italy (Italian Islands and remote regions could have longer estimated time of delivery), and 3-5 working days in European Countries, Canada and the USA.

SUBLIMEGIFTING is not responsible for possible delays due to Customs operations and controls or for force majeure events beyond our control.

How to track the order in real-time

After the parcel is picked-up by the Courier, through the e-motion platform integrated in the SUBLIMEGIFTING shop-online, the Customer will receive an email or a text reporting the confirmation of the goods pick-up, the name of the Courier, the tracking number and an estimated date of delivery.

From that moment on, the Customer can easily follow the Shipping in any step, from the Courier pick-up to the final delivery, by clicking on the link received or directly on his/her Account on SUBLIMEGIFTING.

Possible stoppage of delivery

In the unfortunate case in which the Courier in charge of the express service is unable to complete the delivery for force majeure reasons, this will not constitute a breach of the Contract stipulated with the Customer and SUBLIMEGIFTING will do everything reasonably possible, given the circumstances, to complete it. By way of example, can be considered as force majeure events the following: road or air routes blocks due to bad weather conditions, fires, floods, wars, insurrections or riots, initiatives by Government authorities or other authorities such as Customs, labour disputes or other obligations that involve the Courier or third parties.

EXTRA EU SHIPMENTS

Deliveries towards Countries outside the European Union, as requested by the Customs, will be accompanied by an invoice reporting the value of every single item.

For these deliveries some extra charge could arise, namely taxes and Custom duties that cannot be calculated prior the shipment. Furthermore, in some other Countries there could be limitations in force regarding the import of foodstuffs. Before confirming the Order, we strongly recommend the Customer to get information in that regard.

For the payment of taxes or Customs duties, we transfer to the Customer the ascertainment and the possible payment to the competent authorities in the Country of destination.
