Refund policy
In the unfortunate case in which the Customer, for any reason, is not satisfied of his/her purchase, the goods can be returned within 14 days from receipt. After 14 days from receipt of goods, it will not be possible to offer a refund or the replacement of the goods. In order to be entitled to the return and refund of the goods, the purchased item will have to be intact and in the same original packaging it was received. To complete the return, the Customer will need to attach a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned goods instructions
- It will be necessary to get in touch with our Customer Care Service either by phone at: +390171 412841 or by email at: customerservice@sublimegifting.com , stating the Order number, the Customer name and address, the e-mail address of the Account through which the Order has been placed and the reason for requesting the return of the purchased items.
- Once the procedure is completed, SUBLIMEGIFTING will send a Confirmation e-mail containing the Number of Return Authorization, the instructions to follow in order to ship the returned goods and the address for the delivery.
- The cost of the Return shipping will be at the Customer’s expenses.
- The shipping can be organized either by SUBLIMEGIFTING or by the Customer directly.
- In case SUBLIMEGIFTING will organize the return shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted by the refund amount.
- The return shipping must be done within 14 days from Order receipt.
Refund
The refund valuation will be done upon receipt of the Returned Goods in SUBLIMEGIFTING warehouse and the parcel properly inspected.
After the returned parcel inspection, SUBLIMEGIFTING will send the Customer an e-mail to inform him/her of the return/refund take over and of its approval or its refusal.
In case of approval, for Orders paid by Credit Card, the amount will be refund on the same Credit Card used for the purchase and it will be available in about 10 days and verifiable later in the card statement of account as a credit by SUBLIMEGIFTING. The crediting procedure can slightly vary based on the Credit Card bank circuit used for the purchase.
For Orders paid by Paypal the amount will be credited on the original Bank Account.
The refund will be done in the same currency of the original purchase. Any difference due to the currency fluctuation cannot be refunded. The cost for the original delivery of the Order will be refunded only in case all the items purchased will be returned.
Replacements
In case the Customer requests to return the item purchased because clearly altered or defective, not for causes attributable to him/her, upon prior authorization of SUBLIMEGIFTING the parcel will be picked-up for free by the Courier. SUBLIMEGIFTING will therefore re-send, for free, a new product, as per original Order.
Returned goods terms and conditions
- The products the customer intends to return must be returned intact, in the original packaging, with all the items received: i.e., labels, tags and accessories constituting the Order. Labels and tags will need to be attached to the product, as they were received.
- The products must be returned in the original conditions, without damage, scratches, bruises, together with the original packaging which is an integral part of the Order purchased. The external packaging too must be returned without damage and/or not altered in any way.
- The food contained in the box purchased must be returned intact and without any sign of consumption; the box containing the products must not be opened for any reason.
- The returned goods must be shipped inside the SUBLIMEGIFTING original packaging. When not possible to re-use the same original packaging, the Customer is requested to use a similar packaging suitable for the shipping and the preservation of the goods.
- In case the Customer receives defective goods, or in case of mistakes attributable to SUBLIMEGIFTING, we invite the Customer to get in touch immediately with our Customer Care Service at: customerservice@sublimegifting.com . SUBLIMEGIFTING reserves the right to request photographic proofs before authorizing a Return due to defective goods and taking upon itself the shipping cost for the return of the goods to its warehouse.
- The Return authorized by SUBLIMEGIFTING will have to be shipped from the same Country where the original Order was delivered.
- SUBLIMEGIFTING reserves the right to not accept a Return shipped through a Courier which is different from the one indicated in our Return Authorization email in case the shipping implies extra costs for SUBLIMEGIFTING or in case it implies the pick-up of the goods in the Courier warehouse.
- The Withdrawal Clause for purchases done on SUBLIMEGIFTING website is excluded, in compliance with article 59 of the Italian Consumption Code, as far as the following is concerned:
- Supply of sealed foodstuffs that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or for health safeguard and opened after the delivery;
- Supply of foodstuffs that risk to deteriorate or expire quickly.
However, SUBLIMEGIFTING, at its unappealable judgment, reserves the right to accept a withdrawal request also for goods excluded from this right, when it deems it appropriate for justified reasons.
For all other aspects which have not be herewith specifically expressed, SUBLIMGIFTING refers to the e-Commerce European Union Regulations.
