Piedmont Hazelnut PGI 60%, dark chocolate (cocoa min. 64%), cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor, granulated sugar, chocolate powder 5% (cocoa, lean cocoa, cocoa paste) May contain milk.
Chocolate bar
Cover: dark chocolate 60% cocoa (cocoa paste, sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring). Freeze-dried coffee 100% Arabica (3%) coffee powder.
Spiced Biscuits Ginger and Cinnamon
Soft wheat flour, sugar, butter, extra dark chocolate 57% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin emulsifier, vanillin), fresh eggs, spice mix, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate. The laboratory also uses: nuts.
Dark Chocolate Cookies
Wheat flour, butter, sugar, dark cocoa powder, partially skimmed milk, fresh egg white, bicarbonate. This pastry laboratory also handles nuts and sesame.
Dark Chocolate-Chip Cookies
Wheat flour type “00”, butter, brown sugar, dark chocolate chips (45% min. cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin. Vanilla extract) (9.1%), eggs, honey, leavening agents: (Disodium phosphate E405i, sodium bicarbonate E500ii, starch), salt.
